We provide nutritious and tasty meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and light snacks, catering to all your post-operative requirements. We will maintain low-sodium diets during your stay.

Transportation Services
Our transportation package includes:
– Miami International Airport pick-up and drop-off by Hotel Shuttle (Time restrictions apply)
– One pre-op appointment transport
– Surgery day drop-off and pick-up
– One follow-up surgery appointment transport

(We offer massage transport to clinics for a flat fee)

Facility Tour
Upon arrival, a staff member will give you a tour of the facility, introduce you to our team, and help you settle into your room.

Medication Supervision
To ensure effective pain management, the contracted staff will guide you through your doctor’s medication instructions.

Health Rounding
The contracted trained staff regularly checks on each client to monitor their health status

Personal Assistance
We offer help with showering, restroom use, mobility around the room, and getting dressed.

Housekeeping and Laundry
We provide thorough housekeeping and laundry services. Soiled linens are changed promptly as needed.

Info on Bookings and Cancellations

We are not a Hotel.

To reschedule your stay, we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice, and we will accommodate your request based on availability. The same notice period applies if you need to cancel your stay.

Please be aware that all deposits are **NONREFUNDABLE** but may be transferred to another date.

Once the full payment has been made, no refunds will be issued for any unused days, even in cases of early checkout due to surgery cancellation or other circumstances. However, we can transfer your booking to another available date if you choose to return for surgery at a later time.

Date changes are subject to availability. If we are unable to accommodate your preferred dates, you will need to coordinate with your clinic to identify an alternative date. We highly recommend confirming date availability with your clinic before contacting us for any rescheduling requests.

Shuttle to MIA Airport

The hotel from which we service our clients offers a shared shuttle service for drop-offs at Miami International Airport, available every day of the week starting at 6.00am to 10.00pm

**Payments Policy**

All payments are **non-refundable** and **non-transferable**.

**Important Notice**

We understand that doctors’ schedules can change. If your surgery date needs to be rescheduled for any reason, your deposit will remain secure. Please notify us at least one week in advance to allow sufficient time for making the necessary arrangements and to avoid any complications. Additionally, ensure our availability before scheduling a new date.

Medication Responsibility

Please note that managing your medication is entirely your responsibility. The contracted staff will provide reminders of your medication schedule or times, but you will be asked to sign a document acknowledging this responsibility the day before your surgery. You are fully in charge of administering your medication, and we are not liable for any decisions you make regarding your medication.
